A special delicasy that can satisfy the most demanding consumers. The snails come from the species Helix Aspersa, from controlled farms that comply with health and safety rules. The snails are smoked with beech wood and afterwards they are scented with Mediterranean herbs and spices. Paprika gives them an even more spicy taste. You can eat them as an appetizer or you may put them on top of bruschettas with cream cheese. Besides of a culinary delight, snails are also a highly nutritious food, rich in protein, omega 3 fatty acids and trace elements.
